This project upgrades and re-designs the Long-Range Long-Endurance (LoLo) Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) for ROS2 and integrates it with the open source SMaRC2 software stack. We plan to demonstrate the final system in a underwater pipeline inspection scenario in summer 2025 at the Askö Laboratory in Sweden.
